We placed a group order Friday during lunch rush. I went to pick up the order, got back to the office and realized a few small items were not in the bag. No big deal, they were slammed when I called and slammed when I picked up the order. I go back to pick up the missing food, the manager recognized me from being there just a few moments earlier and asked what they forgot. I told him, he apologized, I said no big deal, its ok. He not only promptly put the missing items in a bag for but offered free pie. The Sharon sandwich is incredible and I was already going to order again but the service and manner in which they made things right is what left the best impression on me. 5 stars TL BBQ, we will order again sooner than later!

Not horriblebbq didnt seem to be cooked on a real smokerkinda bland like an electric smoker was usedand the sauce was thin and runny. People were great.
