Irresponsible/ unresponsive -
My child saw one counselor there at Compass , but she couldnt see her after school after realizing this after her first appointment,so that counselor switched my child to Shannon.
My childs first appointment we were 7 minutes late. I counted because we were in a rush. I called the front desk lady beforehand to ask her to please let Shannon know wed be a little late. Shannon got the message the front lady told me later on.
Shannon never showed up and from what the office lady told me later after this , called us a NO SHOW. I didnt have Shannons contact information so I called their office and asked the front desk woman to let me know what happened. She told me she would let Shannon know that I would like for her to contact me. So I gave her my number.
Shannon NEVER contacted me. She ghosted/ ignored us completely. So, I am not going to COMPASS again. I dont trust them now. And my child felt dismissed, because she was.

We love Compass! We saw Janelle von Storch for our daughter for over a year and her care was excellent. I cannot recommend highly enough!
