Nice spacious and quiet Sarah does a great job. Only thing I would like to see changed is cleanliness of the breezeway tile .

We have lived here for a year. It is advertised as a luxury community and that is not the case. There have been MULTIPLE car breakins because even though it is gated, anyone basically has access at any time. Despite the multiple breakins there has been no added security. No additional security cameras. No additional security present. The gate breaks and is often left open for multiple days at a time. My dryer broke and it took more than a week to be fixed. My fridge broke with hundreds of groceries spoiled - the repair tech said it happened bc the fridge had never been serviced. There are CONSTANT contractors all over the complex with no tracking of who is coming or going. Truly disappointing and we would never renew a lease again.

As the other reviews have stated, this property is advertised as Luxury Condominiums, but they are anything but. The units are outdated, and the property is not well maintained. Too many vehicle break-ins to count, over 20 in one night. Gates stay open for days at a time with no security or courtesy officers on site. If something goes out, good luck getting it fixed. There's no on-site property manager and good luck getting her to call you back. Took over a month to get a mailbox key. Fitness Center is a complete joke and pool areas are filthy and not maintained. In fact, the building breezeways and entry ways are not cleaned at all. They won't even change your air filters for your a/c. Chenal Woods provides absolutely zero activities or events for the tenants. They won't even bother to put up holiday decorations for the holidays. Spend your money somewhere that actually welcomes you and provides luxury.

I'm currently staying here as my house gets rebuilt from the tornado that took place on March 31st 2023. And so far it's not bad. The building I'm in, I can see the pool and it's a great view and you get to see the night stars from the balcony which is really great. One of the things that I noticed while staying here is that there's a lot of people that speed on Chenal. But that's another review. Building 2 is pretty "active" with young adults out in the parking area that like to talk. These condos are I believe 10 years old so, some update would be nice but again it's not a bad place. It is within walking distance of the Promenade Shopping Center and other places. Would I stay here by choice? Yes. It's cozy and people generally keep to themselves.
