        Went in today to add service on a brand new phone. From the start I could tell the lady did not want to help us. We were told that the new phone was no carrier unlocked. We checked in settings and it said it was unlocked. We told the lady and she seemed upset and still insisted it wasnt unlocked. We decided to leave and went to another T-Mobile store. The other store treated us way better and she told us that our phone was in fact unlocked.

        I miss Sprint T mobile is an inconvenience. It is not for the customer it is for the corporation. I did not ask to become a T mobile customer amd if I had a choice I would never pick T mobile as my provider I simply just want to know my balance and pay my bill
