Purchasing my new phone was a pleasant experience.. it took a while because the rep kept making mistakes but they were nice so I didnt complain. However a few days later I got a work bonus and realized I could get the iPhone 12 and attempted to use the return policy to get my money back for my phone and get the 12! I called to get clarity and A rude female manager with an accent yelled a refund for what? You dont need a refund, keep your phone until you upgrade. I thought she was poorly communicating that I wouldnt be able to return the phone. I found my paper work the day after my return period was over and realized I was right! I also verified this by calling professional metro employees! I suggest that we all start calling these peoples boss when they act like they dont appreciate or need their job..
