        Both times that I have been to this location, the wait has been long and there havent been enough people here to help customers. Im currently here on Christmas Eve and there is only one person working in the store, which seems unwise because there are 4 people in the store waiting to be helped. Lastly, its completely silent in the store. I am awkwardly listening to another customer who just got denied service and because its so quiet, I can hear all their business. Its not right. Store associates seem kind and hardworking. The process and experience is the main issue. I rarely give bad reviews, but I would love to see improvement, and direct feedback to ATT was not easily available.
