        Don't bother going here at lunchtime during the week. They always get a big, catering type of order so you will wait half an hour for them to make your on site order. It is like this every time I go there now. This location used to be lightning fast, but it has gone way downhill the past few years. All they seem to care about is catering and the drive thru. If that is the case, then shut dining-in down because you do not have enough staff. Like many places now, no one cares unless you're in the drive thru. Edit: I used the feedback form and have heard nothing in response.

        I came to the drive-through 30 minutes before close. I waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes, and no one would acknowledge that I was there.

        First time Ive had Jimmy Johns and it was horrible. Bread was very hard, cheese was hard. Even the drink was nasty. Not recommended.
