Horrible experience. Ordered ahead they didnt acknowledge me in the drive up window sat there for 15 min. I then went inside she asked if she could help told I placed an order took my name said she be right with me. She proceeded to make 3 orders before she realized my order was packed and ready. Get home the order was wrong no fries no bake beans no cheese macaroni no straws for drinks
Meat was cold. I will never be back

I ordered catering for 20 people today. I ordered before 9:30AM and scheduled the delivery for noon. I received confirmation and acceptance emails for the order. I called the restaurant at 12:02PM to make sure the driver was in route and was told the order was ON THE WAY NOW! By 12:40PM the order still had not arrived at my office! We are less than 3 miles from the restaurant! I had a full office staff waiting to be fed. The restaurant would not answer my calls or the 3rd party catering site's calls. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!!! I had to make everyone drive to nearby restaurant so I could feed them. When we got back the food was sitting outside our front door on the sidewalk! (NO PHONE CALL OR ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION) WHY would anyone run a business this way. As a former restaurant manager, I am just appalled. I'm so grateful for EZ-Cater, who remedied the situation on the account of this LOCAL business. NEVER again will I dine at this establishment. This is not the way you run a business!
