    I only wish I could rate this company less than one star!! I would not recommend anyone to have their vehicle serviced with this company! They know nothing about foreign vehicles. After having a very expensive job done, I literally drove down the street and my check engine light came on. After addressing it with the manager and technician I was told that it would fix itself after the I drove it a couple of days. Later a valve cover came loose. It took two weeks for the part to come in. Communication was at an all time low the entire time. Well shortly afterwards, my oil light came on and the technician was mysteriously MIA for almost two weeks! It was explained to me that there is only ONE technician in the shop to do the job! It was suggested that I seek a second opinion. After getting a second opinion from a different company it was explained to me that the vehicle was misdiagnosed and not properly serviced! I spoke to Austin and provided him with the written documentation. He blatantly denied and tried to manipulate the truth! I am done with him and his lies! I strongly advise you to do the same! Mr. KIMBROUGH, I seen your recent response below and I see that youre still manipulating the truth! The proof was presented to you in black and white! Whyyyy would I trust you to evaluate a mistake you made a third time! Thats a major disservice to me as a paying customer! If another highly qualified professional is willing to fix your mistakes why not agree to cover a portion of the cost! Thats all Im saying sir! Its time out for taking advantage of women! Its been going on for decades and its sad you are still doing it now in 2024!

Ms. Beal, we removed your supercharger to repair intake manifold flap actuators. The valve cover was never touched or removed. After the light came back on we wanted to see if a self check after so many drive cycles would change this as this is expected in some cases. When it did not self reset then we rechecked the vehicle and ordered parts from the dealership that were backordered. When the dealership back orders a part they will not update or contact us about status so we are required to call every day to check on it (however this is no excuse for poor communication between us and you). That being said there's actually 4 total employees including me running this whole business and when an emergency comes up then I allow my employees to take care of family matters for as long as needed. I am proud to put family first and I apologize this affected your schedule. Given the situation I only wanted my lead tech in charge of your vehicle and I made that decision in your best interest. At the end of the day we DID suggest getting a second opinion from a German specialist. You then informed me that you were advised that the supercharger was incorrectly installed and I found that a bit hard to believe and requested to see the write up from the specialist. In no way, shape, or form was there anything listed about misdiagnosis, incorrect installation, or shotty work. Having a hard time understanding what was going on, I called the owner of the specialist shop. He denied ever saying what you told me was discussed. We even went over all we did and he made a few suggestions. I then tried to have you come back and utilize your 2 year warranty with this shop and offered to do everything over at no charge and investigate further for possible vacuum issues. I even offered that if we found something that we missed in the first place that I would reimburse you for the diagnosis fee paid at the specialist. You explained you did not want to use this shop anymore and while you have that choice the warranty is nontransferable to other shops. You are more than welcome to contact me at 501-227-0619
