Licenced Mechanic, advertised this customer to purchase a new transmission for his vehicle, customer didn't want to purchase a rebuilded/ or new transmission for this vehicle, so JP Auto took the time, went through (4) used transmission before finding a good transmission, (at shop expense) to provide satisfactory repairs for customer. Customer didn't want to repair vehicle the correct way. Sometimes, a delay is required when you're safely patching vehicle repairs at customer request.We hope you'll return to our repair shop in the future, with understanding that JP Auto only provides satisfaction at a cost.P.S.
