Service King Collision Downtown Little Rock (Now Crash Champions)

Came twice to try getting some help with a simple job (remove a stubborn bolt). The first time I was told to come back another time since they were closing soon. No worries. Came back and they simply refused to help - "that's just something we cannot do." Wow, I was surprised. And the lady made me feel like I was just a nuisance to her. Won't be getting my business for larger ticket items in the future.

They got me in for an estimate quick but that was it. When I scheduled an appointment, the lady informed me it would take 30 minutes to get an estimate. When I got there, another lady who took the pictures looked at me like I was crazy and said it would take a day or two. Thats fine but now its six days later and still nothing. If this is how long it will take to get an estimate, I cant imagine how long itll take to get the repair done. Going elsewhere.

These are very nice folks. They did excellent work on my vehicle in the past. Even when they did not get to do the repairs on my most recent vehicle, they were still helpful and accommodating. They were reasonable even when dealing with an unreasonable insurance company.

I took my Subaru Outback here after our carport fell during a bad storm. They were able to get me in quickly while everywhere else I asked said itd be at least a month if not two before they could work on it. However, it was still a few months before it was done even though the manager said it would only be a few weeks. I got a text on a Monday morning basically saying its done and that they just need to do a final touches and paperwork and that theyll call once its done. I expected to receive a call the next day. Heard nothing from them so I called them Wednesday afternoon asking. They said it would be done by Friday. Called again on Friday morning to confirm I could pick it up later that day. She said yes, it will be done. I didnt really believe her so I called again before we left and she said yes, just come around 4:30 to 5pm. So we got there and it was not done. In their hast to get it finished, they had chipped part of the paint on a piece they were putting on. We decided that I would go ahead and take my Subaru and they would come pick it up to fix it in a couple weeks. While I had it I noticed a few other things they did wrong, the seal around the back window was not properly attached, there was a tear in the fabric inside, the back middle seat seatbelt wouldnt go back into the ceiling (why it was down in the first place, I dont know), and they missed a spot on the bumper while painting. The manager was ablet to come pick up my Subaru from my work in Sherwood and got everything done in a day, minus the inside fabric which they had to order a piece for. Once that piece came in, she came and got my Subaru again and got it back to me fixed by the end of the day. Both times it came back clean. Overall the quality of the work is good once its done right. The customer service was great besides them telling me it would be done when it was not. Im glad the manager was able to pick it up.
