I have owned an SQ5 for over 5 years (I had a 2019 and recently purchased a 2023 both from Kansas City Audi) and I consistently adhere to a 5,000-mile oil change interval, opting for a more frequent maintenance schedule than the standard 10,000 miles. During my recent visit to Little Rock Audi for a 15,000-mile service, conducted at my expense as it fell outside the Audi Care coverage, I specifically requested an oil change and tire rotation without balancing. Upon reviewing the invoice, I noticed an unexpected charge for balancing services that I had not authorized. I questioned the staff and they ended up removing the charge for balancing. Approximately one month later, while on a highway trip last weekend, my husband noticed pronounced vibrations in the vehicle. Concerned about a potential balance issue, we promptly scheduled an appointment with Discount Tire. To our surprise, Discount Tire identified an excessive SIXTY FOUR (64) wheel weights affixed by Audi during the balance I didn't even ask for, resulting in a substantial imbalance. This necessitated a $60 charge for corrective measures. Given the inconvenience, safety concern, and associated costs stemming from this incident, I will no longer bring my vehicle to Little Rock Audi due to a diminished confidence in their service integrity. --EDIT-- The service manager did reach out and sincerely apologized for this issue. He stated he will try to figure out what went wrong so this does not happen again in the future. --EDIT 2-- Audi Little Rock offered me a free oil change, but I opted to drive to Kansas City to have my 20k service done (WONDERFUL experience). I do not and will never trust this dealership to touch my vehicle again.

My wife and I recently visited Parker Audi in Little Rock. We initially met with Ruben who was very informative and was the main reason we came back after leaving to consider other car brands. When we returned Ruben was out of town so, we met with JP Aiken. JP was extremely helpful in helping us distinguish between comparable brands and models of Audi's. We ended up deciding the Q7 was best for us, but the car my wife wanted was still in transit. Once the car arrived (2 days later) JP let us know we could come by and take a look. Once we got back to the dealership he was waiting to show us the car and we both fell in love with it. Throughout the buying process JP was always available by phone, email or text to help us. When we took delivery of the Q7, JP was there to answer questions and offer any assistance we needed. Over the past couple of weeks of driving the Q7, my wife has decided it is the best car she has ever owned. We returned to have the windows tinted a few days after the purchase and Ruben was back to help us through getting a loaner vehicle for the day and kept us updated on the time we could return. Ruben ended up answering a few more questions and was very patient with showing the features of the new car. Our impression of buying a car from Parker Audi is definitely 10/10 and none of that would have been possible without the seamless service both Ruben and JP gave us during the process. Both Ruben and JP are amazing to work with and you cannot go wrong with stopping in and letting these guys show you what customer service used to be. If more businesses treated customers the way Ruben and JP do, the buying experience would be personal and positive and would result in many more return buyers and referrals. Thank you to everyone at Parker Audi for an amazing experience!
