        Management is sad and sorry. Absolutely NOTHING gets done around here. You can NEVER get anyone on the phone and when voicemails are left, they return no calls. Ive literally been chasing them around, practically begging for 3 to 4 weeks trying to update my information so that my rent can be adjusted and they keep giving EXCUSE after EXCUSE. They say they get 30 days to process information but from what date?! NOTHING is taken seriously. No light in my kitchen for a MONTH now and no light in my bathroom for over a week. Im having to BATHE my child in the DARK. What does it take to get some action? This place is desperately in need of new management. Sorriest thing Ive ever seen.
