        These are the worst apartments in the state of ARKANSAS. There's mold and mildew in them. The toilets are ALWAYS overflowing from upstairs to the downstairs apartments. Please don't move here. I been here 3 months. I should've read the reviews before moving here. Worst apartments in the world.

        Been there 5 years just recently moved. If you have something else in mind please go for it. The manager Ladetria is rude as it gets. The place is not up to date for the price and roaches are everywhere. They sleep with you and they are outside as kids play. Shootouts every weekend. If you want a safe bug free place, find somewhere else to stay. Not a fake review. Real life just moved out.

        Its infested with mildew you can smell it through your vents and bug the foundation is falling.everytime I asked for something to get fix it never got done my oven can only go on warm anything over that it will burn.Ive been to the hospital 5 time last year due to mildew in my lungs
