MacArthur Commons

Not a place I would recommend. They are not understanding, accommodating, very responsive, and not helpful. I signed a lease, but had not even moved in yet, but due to personal reasons had to terminate my lease before I moved in! I had to pay $2k because I broke the lease when not even living there!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone or anything owned by Moses Tucker. The apartment is not even available yet. Not like they're losing out on rent money. I hope they enjoy the extra $2k I guess. Sounds like they need to make repairs, so maybe this $2k can go towards that!? lol I would have considered this place in the future, but for sure not now.

I lived at MacArthur Commons for 2.5 years. This was the very best renting experience I have ever had, and I have rented A LOT. The Newmark Moses team is understanding, accommodating, very responsive, and always helpful, not to mention kind! For example, my dog is very sweet but VERY territorial, so whenever we needed something fixed, one of the maintenance men always made sure to open my front door while getting down on his knees so she would know he wasnt threatening. She loved him, of course. I never got over that kindness and wish I had gotten his name to write a thank you when we left. The Mac Commons team treated me like I mattered, fixed issues quickly, and took great care of the property. I highly recommend any of the Newmark Moses properties (I looked at 9 different properties of theirs before I chose!) but especially recommend MacArthur Commons. The floor to ceiling windows are incredible and the great light kept me sane during early pandemic quarantine days. Not to mention having gated parking and an on-site work out room and pool (both very clean!!).Cant say enough good things! Thank you Rachael, Emily, Lew, and Alex!
