The Pointe Brodie Creek Apartments

Love this place so much! The area is so nice, the neighbors are a little loud, but the community is amazing! I love this place so much, the only problems are the neighbors are extremely loud, almost every night, and there is trash literally everywhere at every single hour of the day. I dont think Ive stepped outside without there being trash. Cant blame it on the complex, but the residents definitely dont care about the area. People speed by while not even thinking if someones crossing the road, and people will try to run you over fighting for a parking spot. I loved this place so so so much at first, but losing hope.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. It was a normal apartment experience, though for a place with a gate there sure were a lot of reports of cars getting robbed. The "luxury" apartment branding makes people act foolishly. A neighbor tried to tell me that my guests needed to move their cars from what was a free parking zone, as there was no overhead or other signage indicating otherwise. What really soured my experience was, once I was finished moving out, I got fined because of "warping" that had somehow damaged the floor. I saw no difference in the photos they sent nor when I was living there. Clearly just a money grab for them since tenants have little to no recourse in this state. A shame, because other than that every interaction was normal.

When it was time to renew my lease, let me say I had zero hesitation. I have yet to find one thing I do not like about living at The Pointe at Brodie Creek. From the landscape, to the architecture, to the staff to my apartment I have nothing but great reviews all across the board.
