Midtown Apartments

I seriously don't see how anyone...and I do mean ANYONE could have anything positive to say about this place. You are one step from homeless if you think this is a suitable place to live. Management has been trash for sooo long. Hallways on each floor smell like cigs, trash can juice, and piss. Laundrymat is a great place to get robbed, clothes stolen or to take home bed bugs as living mates. You can only turn on heat/air in your apt certain times of the year. Yes...I just said that. I've seen a few ppl get shot out in the parking lot over the years and there are car break ins here OFTEN. Not to mention, they have the audacity to tow ppl like you're living in a wonderful, gated community. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN AND BURNED TO THE GROUND.

Been here two years..great management and top notch maintenance take constant care of all thing mechanical. Ice cold AC and fast elevators. Very friendly atmosphere!

0 Stars. The entire building stinks, smells of cigarettes', urine, and MUST. They shut off water randomly for hours. Elevator is filthy. Residents are loud and ghetto and weird. Laundry room is nasty and never works- just go to a laundromat. This building needs to close down. I have to spray my car, my clothes, and my apartment daily to wash away the smell of this horrid building. Do not move here. RUN!! Consider sleeping in your car before you rent here. My lease is up next month and I cannot wait. I've never lived in a place like this in my life.

My brother has lived here, for a number of years. My lady friend lived there, a number of years, before then. It's nothing special, but not too bad. The view is decent, but there's a lot of noise and traffic, nearby.
