        THE ONLY DOWNSIDE TO TAKEN MY DOGS HERE IS THE FRONT COUNTER RECEPTIONIST, AN ELDERLY LADY WHO ACTS LIKE SHE IS SO DISSATISFIED WITH THE PATIENTS WHO USE THE FACILITY. The staff, especially DR. Aretha could not be more of a pleasure to interact with, ALL OBVIOUSLY LOVE WHAT THEY ARE DOING, CARING FOR ANIMALS WHO DO NOT HAVE A VOICE AND DEPEND UPON HUMANS TO HELP THEM WITH THEIR MEDICAL NEEDS. The front counter clerk needs to go in the back where her NEGATIVE ATTITUDE WOULD BE BEST SUITED. If not for her, this place would be a 5 STAR!
