My realtor through two transactions, one to sell and one to buy was with Rodney Bottoms. Neither transaction was textbook and with Rodney at the helm I felt confident with his ability to navigate with me through the challenges. Both transactions turned out to be just fine with a little finessing, and I am very happy about the positive endings. Rodney definitely made himself available and worked with my crazy schedule so we could correspond when need be. I loved working with Rodney! He bent over backwards for me. I felt like I was working with my good friend rather than a real state agent. Rodney always had my best interest at heart and used his expertise to point out problems with a house that I would not have recognized. If I called or text him a question or an update he would respond immediately! The amount of effort and time Rodney put into walking me through the buying process is unbelievable. From the first day we met until closing, he was always available to to provide me with the information I needed to make those decisions. Every decision I made small or big mattered to him. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt I was in good hands. I highly recommend Rodney!

Rodney sold my house in less than a week! He kept me informed during closing and it was obvious how much he cares about his customers. I highly recommend him if you are buying or selling your house.
