My car was totaled January 5th 2024 of this year. Aaron with Branscum Motor Company took my car to there lot. Aaron was so polite over the phone and answering all of my questions and helping me recover my personal belongings from the vehicle. The insurance claims process has been the absolute worst experience with no directions on what to do with the car or my title I had to figure it out on my own. Im so thankful for all of the help Aaron assisted me over the course of 2 months. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service they provided me with!!

Bought a used vehicle had minor repairs needed done to it. Branscum met me at my convince and vehicle condition was exactly what he said it was. Branscum's salesmanship was top notch. It's good to know that there are used car dealer's are out there that are HONEST and reliable. I will definitely be returning to Branscum's for any future purchases.... Thanks guys keep rockin' UPDATE These guys are a bunch of crooks the truck ended up having a cracked head and overheated driving off the lot....Really disappointing Thought these guys were honest...when I told them what was wrong with it they wouldn't answer and kept blowing me off.Do not buy anything from this guy

Absolutely amazing people and by far the most kind hearted Ive met. My driveshaft sheared off a flange bolt and was towed. Branscum towing worked with me to get it home with no hassle and the utmost respect. Not sure how Id have been able to afford it right after Christmas and with our new car also messing up. Thank you Branscum Towing and Recovery.
