      image My mother-in-law and I are disabled and were trying to vacate her storage asap. Rain prohibited us from doing it a few days before our due date and cold weather forced her to stay indoors. She tried to see if they would allow us till the first to finish the clean out as we had some help available then but they told her it would be another $75 if it was not empty before the 1st. I could understand if they were full up and had clients waiting but there were several units open. No consideration. We were able to vacate on time due to some last minute help from family but I am now sick from being out in the weather. A little compassion goes a long way.
