    Absolutely terrible service. Won't be back. Food was ok but our service left to go pick up his girlfriend while we waited on our check. The manager was apparently supposed to pick up his duties but failed to take care of us. We had to chase her down twice. Once for the check and once again to get it split. We couldn't checkout because the table device was off. Then we had to get her again to authorize the split. She gets to the register and the other waitress split it. Then they put the appetizer on the wrong check but the manager didn't know how to work the system so all in all it was a 2hr debauchery that should've been 1. I won't be coming back here as long as this manager is running the show. This was busy time on Saturday...

    I have been here couple times, but each time I notice that the restaurant is going downhill. Today was the worst experience ever. For starters, I order a appetizer and waitress came back saying they are out, then the waitress gave us our side salads with gloves on, then I had to ask for dressing for my salad. We had to ask for a refill before the food came out and after. When the food came out, the lady spilled my plate of food on lap. So glad that the hot scampi didnt get on my dress. She didn't seem apologetic. I hate to say list went on things, and we are easy to please cutomer. The manager did come to our table and ask how everything, but the waitress was right behind him and i didn't want to be rude. When she pushed the check on us. Standing there to get paid. My husband didn't look at the bill and gave her the credit card. I didn't realize till after that she over charged us. I was too upset to tell her that she made a mistake. The place needs a good cleaning, ceiling tiles disgusting, and the shrimp alfrado had the tails on. Who wants to pull tails out of pasta. Sorry for lengthy review. Just a honest customer.

    Havent been to a Red Lobster in years but came here after my boyfriend suggested it for dinner. Food came out quickly and our server was nice. Everything tasted good.

    TL;DR: Service ruined the meal, but food quality was not up to par either. We stopped in on the way home from Memphis, TN and decided that despite eating in Jonesboro quite often, we never eat at this Red Lobster (we prefer one a couple hours North). We were seated about the same time as the table immediately behind us and had the same server. It took a bit to get our drinks. We had to ask for straws. And then while the table behind us got biscuits, it was almost ten minutes later that our server notified us that they had run out and we're making more. I got one refill the entire time I was here. And that was after I had my glass sitting empty for a while. When it hit bottom again, we didn't see the server again until we asked for the check. Also, one set of silverware looked like it had been rinsed but not washed and still had food on it (not the usual water marks from air drying). I ordered the Fish and Chips. It was not what I was looking forward to. The Fries were fresh but tasted off. The cod was slimy on the backside. In my experience this occurs from the fish not being drained of excess grease when taken out of the fryer and then allowed to sit. The slaw was fine, but it's just not my thing. My wife ordered the Crabby Cheese Fries. Out of all of our party she liked her food, so I suppose I'd recommend it. One of our party ordered a burger and did not finish it. They stated it tasted like freezer burned burger. Food aside, if the server had been mildly attentive or not seemingly prioritizing the table behind us I probably wouldn't have cared as much. My only guess is she knew the people at the table behind us. They were asked how well they liked their food and she checked in on them repeatedly. I've rarely seen service this egregious. Update: An account that has claimed this restaurant has posted a reply asking for a private conversation on Facebook. I'd advise anyone else against that type of messaging as spoofing third party accounts is fairly easy. On that note if it's actually the business owner or Red Lobster, I don't think there is anything that can be done to "make it right" at this point. I have no interest in going back and if I intend to contact you I'll use an official Red Lobster route (email, phone, or support form) instead of a Facebook page.
