        This guy is definitely a slum lord I put in a few orders several times when I moved I also put in an order about my thermostat that kept sticking and would take awhile to heat up I also complained several times about my neighbor who kept smoking it was coming through my vents and pipes the smoke was in my clothes my rooms after I complained about my neighbor I guess she was upset started doing things that made me fear for my safety so I moved out I talked with 2 different agents overtime 1 of the agents told I should be able to transfer she told that she would ask Nate he said no he didn't care if anything got fixed he didn't care if I felt safe in my own home but he is supposed to care I paid a $1150 dollar deposit so why couldn't I transfer that's alot of money

        This guy is a hard-core slumlord. Just shoots applications out to anyone who asks anything... Like 'does the house have an air conditioner'. Then he will belittle you if you suggest having a conversation before you give him your social security number. Extreme egomaniac mixed with greed. A bizarre level of slum lord only found in Arkansas.

      Ma'am, I have never met you or spoken with you. You leased a property that was managed by a separate management company. You were behind on your rent, broke your lease, and wasn't refunded your deposit, I was told. This had absolutely nothing to do with me.

      Sir, you asked for information on a house and I gave you the information. I sent you an application to fillOut if you had any interest and wanted to apply. You replied that you were not comfortable giving your personal information out for an application . As stated in the description of the home, we do not rent without a credit and background check performed. It’ is a requirement. Because you now make “good money” in your words, that’s all we should look at. That’s not how it works You are correct that we do send applications out to anyone that asks. We do not discriminate against anyone… if you are looking to rent a home l, we are here to help.
