These guys are a dream to work with. They were able to sell our home in Bono for only 4% and increased our profit by $4,560 vs 7% and did not charge me any extra fees. Local Real Estate Companys 4% total listing commission is not too good to be true. Maggie and Garrett Barnes sold my home for only 4% instead of 7% like other REALTORS, and did not charge me a single extra fee. With them, I increased my profit by $3,000. Maggie and Garrett helped us sell our home recently and were very professional, prompt, and fun to work with! Our house was listed for only 3 days before going under contract because Garrett and Maggie got the word out about the listing in every way possible.
