Went in to see if they accepted my eye insurance and they told me they needed a card. My insurance doesn't use cards so I asked if they could look it up. Lady at front desk rudely said no and that I'd have to call my insurance company to find out if they accepted my insurance. So I call my insurance company and get the info. Call Ross eye care back to ask again and give her the info she needs. She says they accept my insurance. So I ask if I need an appointment. The lady said no, just walk in. So I drive there and go up to the desk again and she asks what she can do for me. I say I need to get an eye exam for contacts and glasses. She then says "well I'll have to fit you in. If we can't get to you today or we run out of time then it isn't my problem." So I look to the chairs they have placed out and there is nobody sitting there. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I'll take my business somewhere else.
