Great job Plaza you deleted my review after I stated I got a 2nd opinion on the recent work yall performed. It would be better to get a refund for the unsafety situation of my car that could have caused a major wreck.

I made an online appointment for 10:00 am to have a set of tires put on my car. I was told it would take about an hour. When I arrived, appointments apparently were not even a thing. I had to go through all the information on my car and myself again. After an hour and a half it looked as if everyone had left for lunch. One lady told me she had been there for three hours waiting for an oil change! Ridiculous. No apologies or explanations. I too have waited over three hours. Never again will I use this business.
