Jonathan gives his all with each loan relationship he cultivates. Hes EXTREMELY knowledgeable with USDA Rural Development loans. He offers his knowledge constantly with no expectation of anything in return because he's a good human. I know if I refer people to him, he'll take the absolute best care of them as if they were family. If i were to purchase a home in Arkansas, I'd trust him to take care of me. Absolutely the best of the best. I had been turned down by others. I had given up hope of ever owning a home. Jonathan went WAY above and beyond to help my dreams come true. He walked me through every step explained to everything to me in terms that I could actually understand. He had resources to help me through every step of the process. By some miracle we closed within 30 days. He was the best decision I could ever have made. I recommend and sing his praises to everyone who will listen.
