the food is always great! but when you order a pitcher of margherita it should actually have more than one shot of tequila in it. they usually just taste like lime water. would love to go here more if the margs were better

The people are nice and friendly. The food is excellent. The service is fantastic. My favorite place to order from. I think their fajitas are the best I've ever had. Love it

The restaurant exterior was ok. However my problems lied in the food and the service. First, my meal lacked any kind of flavor or seasoning, the entire meal was bland. I ordered the steak and shrimp and they put some kind of watery cheese-like sauce on top and the steak itself was flimsy and paper thin like a Dollar Tree ground beef steak and I, being a huge shrimp lover, hated my shrimp no seasoning, no grill marks, no flavorI had to dip it in cheese for flavor. The best part of the meal was the chips and cheese appetizer, however it was ruined when the server came to the table and removed it without being asked. Then upon being instructed to leave the chips, he sticks his FINGERS in the chips crumbling them up saying see theyre no good!!!!! Who does that??!!!!! Horrible experience. My first and last visit to Jonesboros Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant!!!!!
