Renew Mental Health and Wellness

I highly recommend Renew, I was referred by a friend and I'm highly satisfied. There was a issue with my medication and the owner Danielle Lynch went to Renew at 6am and personally called me to fix the issue. That's how you know they truly care about you. The nurse who I saw was fantastic. It was like talking to a friend. I will be a life long patient at Renew.

I find that Renee Mental Health is very caring and understanding as well as fast and efficient. I dont know how much more praise I can put to it than that they are the best place I have found from mental health and wellness.

Love Keiah Hunt she always listens to me and helps me anyway she can! Plus her nurse Chassidy is awesome. If I need something she always gets back to me. Great people to see!

Did tele health today because they offer that option on the day of your appointment as opposed to coming in. There was an extremely rude woman who was incredibly disrespectful and laughed at me when I wanted to get my meds adjusted. She WAS NOT my provider and called me a liar on several different occasions. She also threatened to have me fired from their "clinic" the management needs to address this I have several mental issues that need to be addressed. This woman was horrible to me this is not how medical professionals should act. I wouldn't recommend this place to a suicidal goldfish with schizophrenia. My life depends on this medicine and I was treated like dirt. I have SEVERE mental health issues MAJOR DEPRESSIVE DISORDER/SEVERE ANXIETY. These people have just cost me my life. What if I were to commit suicide due to my depression? What if I fall down from my panic induced seizure? What if I have a heart attack due to my sinus tachycardia from anxiety?

RENEW Mental Health and Wellness has been a total game changer for me! Everyone is professional, kind, and compassionate. Kristy is awesome!! She truly cares about her patients and their needs. Kristy also allows the patient to play a role in their treatment plans which helps establish some control for the patient. Kirby is the best! She has a very relaxing demeanor when discussing the check in topics for your appointment, and she coveys sincere compassion every time I speak with her!! I couldn't ask for two better provider's!
