Being newer to the area and just needing an urgent care visit this location was listed in the top 5 results when googling 'Urgent Care locations Jonesboro, AR'. So you are listed as an urgent care and then call to set up an urgent care appt to be greeted with a receptionist on the phone who is nothing but RUDE and condescending is ridiculous. To be told "call an urgent care location!" and be hung up on, very unprofessional.

The staff is excellent. Very short wait times. Ruth helped my dad and myself through Covid. Have been there several times since and have always been pleased with the care.

They close at 12 but on the door says check in 30 mins before they close. I got there at 11:16 and was told I couldnt be seen because they stopped seeing patients. The front desk woman was very rude. She interrupted me in the middle of talking to answer the phone and tell them to hold.
