St. Bernards Pregnancy Clinic

They make me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I have the legal right to refuse and no matter what, it is constantly challenged. Not once have I ever set foot in that place by myself because I just don't feel safe there. Even one of the OB's (despite this being legally untrue in the state of AR) said "Well when you're pregnant sometimes there's just stuff you HAVE to do" even though I have the full legal right to refuse anything at any point. Nurses constantly challenge you and treat you like a child. Even now from the 11th until today they've refused to cancel my next appointment with them for some reason despite multiple messages. If you want to feel safe, I suggest literally any other place besides St. Bernard's.

They consistently ignore my wife's concerns and overall make her feel very uncomfortable. They will ignore my wife's concern and push what they want and ignore my wife's right to say no.

I WENT WITH MY DAUGHTER TO SOME OF HER APPOINTMENTS WITH DR LUNDE. WE LOVE DR LUNDE, HE IS SO DOWN TO EARTH AND CARING. ALSO THEY HAVE 2 KAYLA'S THAT ARE RN'S AND THEY ARE BOTH AMAZING.. SO HELPFUL AND KIND... WE LOVE THIS PLACE....WE HAVE NOT MET ANYONE THERE THAT HAS NOT BEEN TRULY KIND AND RESPECTFUL..

Would definitely not recommend this place to anybody for any sort of care if they can help it. Used them for my 1st son since they were the only ones accepting patients during 2020 COVID, but tried to use them again this time around and have had nothing but issues. Initially I wasn't allowed to make an appointment without valid insurance, so had to wait for insurance to kick in before I could MAKE an appointment. Waited my first trimester of pregnancy for insurance, and then when I called back to make an appointment after insurance kicked in, they didn't have any appointments for months out. Scheduled one and was told to call back periodically to check for cancellations. Called a few times and was greeted with attitude every time I called and inquired about cancellations. Time has come for my appointment (I'm now in my 3rd trimester) and I called to ask about bringing my toddler due to my babysitter cancelling on me with short notice. Was told I could not bring my toddler unless ANOTHER adult was there to supervise him the entire time. Halfway understandable, but also not. Inquired about rescheduling and was told that their next availability was within days of my due date so "they would not be able to accommodate me during my pregnancy". So thank you so much for wasting my time and preventing me from getting proper care during my pregnancy St Bernards. Will definitely NOT be having the baby at your hospital when the time comes. Would rather suffer and make the drive to Memphis while in labor
