Actually its no star for me, I been waiting for almost 3 months for someone to let me know more about my roof. They sent a guy to my house a month after I call them. He stated that I had SEVERE HAIL DAMAGE. I gave them a week and still no one contacted me. I call talked to a lady, she clearly states I will get you that quote by next week. This went on for a couple months. I then talking to another lady..She clearly states I will send some one Monday, for sure, still no one came back over or they havent called me. So I was calling everyday, another excuse she stated. Give me 20 minutes I will send to your email. (Still nothing). So I called again this morning, she knew exactly who I was, and started to say they short staff and she tried to get the guys to write me out something. So here goes another excuse, so when she started, I just told her forget everything, I found someone else. So I advised no one do business with them bc they will give you the run around. Instead of just Been honest from the start. Bad business!!!!!!
