        Asked them to come and let me know what was wrong with my opener. They came and pushed the same buttons I had a million times and told me I needed a new opener. Did not do anything additional to test, or even try to fix anything. Charged me $110 for the privelage. One of them did mention the openers are way cheaper at Lowes, so that's where I went, so I guess thanks for that! Lesson learned.

        Jonesboro overhead door came out the day after I called they fixed my garage door for what I thought was a reasonable cost. They were polite and professional. The following week, the same garage door was acting up. Jonesboro overhead door came back (on holiday) and tightened the door more, and it worked well. Them coming back a second time being on holiday was nice. I highly recommend the Jonesboro overhead door
