Dr. Jeremy L. Adams, DDS

I started to go to Dr. Adams after my last dentist dropped my entire family. No calls or nothing. Dr. Adams picked us up and got us back on track. Dr. Adams is very nice and I get the same dental tech each time. I take my whole family here. Very nice people.

All the staff are super friendly and nice. The work I have had done has good except for one occasion but he is instantly ready to correct it. Love them!

Gave me a price for getting some work done and set up an appointment. When I came in for the appointment they changed the price to more then triple what it was originally. Even with 2 different dental insurance coverages. Also, over charged me on a previous session and for over 4 years I've been given the run around trying to get the money back. Some how for 4 years everyday I call the lady that is suppose to be able to help me is on vacation. I wish my job would give me a 4 year vacation. Front desk ladies are rude as can be and Dr. Jeremy Adams will argue against what you want to do in order to get more money out of you for dental work you don't want. Save time and money by going to see Shirley Leung McCleskey on Caraway rd. She will do what's best for you at affordable prices!

My experience was so horrible, that I wouldn't take my dog to have his teeth cleaned. I went for a tooth ache and was told I needed a root canal. I had two insurance coverages. First I had to interact with the front office, because they wouldn't give me a cost amount. Prior to this I was told I needed a deep gum cleaning. I had been told by their accounting person it would be covered. A half hour before my appt. I was told I hadn't made financial arrangements. I did not have the cleaning, because they said it wasn't covered. When they finally confirmed that indeed my root canal would be covered, he did not complete my root canal and carved up my tooth so that it had a jagged, fragged edge. My crown covers the entire tooth. He charged over 1800.00 for this mess and he caused my tremors to act up severely. Buyer be ware!!
