        The children running the place need to work on their customer service and communication skills. We chose to pay and go through in my husbands truck and they proceeded to stop the entire carwash once we were halfway inside and tell us that majority of his work EQUIPMENT in the back wasnt able to go through and miss TIFFANY proceeded to climb in the back and clear out his truck, no questions asked or permission. It stunned us. Keep in mind that these said things weigh over 10 lbs each. They all surrounded the truck and had us stopped for minutes. Then once going through, they stopped the carwash two more times for whatever reason. WILL NOT BE RETURNING NOR RECOMMENDING. absolutely unnecessary at 8am.

It’s important to note that we thoroughly inspect truck beds to ensure the safety of both the vehicle being washed and other guests’ vehicles behind it. However, we cannot allow specific items in truck beds through the wash for safety reasons. Additionally, the wash may stop periodically if a guest encounters difficulty shifting into neutral at the start or into drive at the exit. This safety measure is in place to protect our employees and all patrons using the wash. We wish you all the best.
