Horrible experience!! Do Not hire them. Took a year to do a six week project. Shoddy work and lots of broken promises. No final walk through, paint dropped and splattered all over countertops. Glue footprints on my floor. Had a pipe burst that they had installed, and now only half of my heated floor works. Service: Remodeling

Horrible experience. Procrastination at it's finest, broken promises, zero communication. There is no crew, it's a one man show who worked daily in flip flops! Couldn't get last details done so we told them not to return. Very disappointed and absolutely do not recommend! It's approaching a year since job started and I am still upset.... we paid a lot of $$$$. I settled for wall color that I didn't want... bathroom and kitchen per contract was supposed to be color matched to cabinets and it wasn't. I was being nice not to have him repaint. I hate stark white and that's what I got in my bathroom and hallway. After I did the work myself of removing paint on floors repainting was not in the cards. Stuck with walls I hate. (Cabinets are cream color) The shower head was literally installed for the jolly green giant! He knew I had back issues and I strained to reach. So I spent more money to replace it ...it goes on and on. Damaged cabinets that he never addressed. Huge gaps at outlet plates in kitchen pitiful ending. Oh and shower doors keep sliding open during shower so more work for me drying water from the floor.....and I wonder why they don't update their FB page! Sorry Mr. Baker but you never personally did a walk through! Still finding issues! Who grouted behind fridge and washer/dryer? I did! We also had to re- caulk where shower wall met floor. There was a good 6 inch area missed. You are not as OCD as you claim to be. ( Heard that daily) Remember when I asked what size return air vent I needed? You told me to hold off because you knew where to get the size...never happened! I am still losing sleep over this job!
