Okay I had a molar polled, then I was in pain. Called made another appointment Dr jones looked at it is was slow process and it was fine. So last night I was crying myself to sleep as I was in pain, went to another dentist today he looked at it said it had a dry socket in it cleaned it out pit packing in the hole with a pull the tooth, and said he would see me Monday and he take out the packing to see how it is healing if I need anything to call hopefully he doesnt have to hear for me until Monday, Let me just say Dr. Mansfield was the best doctor dentist that I would recommend someone, the staff was nice they were sweet and caring and all he wanted to do was get me out of pain until I see them on Monday then I found out the tooth did not need to be pulled out after all I just say this dentistry office it a big joke They just want money money money money they dont care about you at all I would not send my dog there to get his teeth cleaned be aware

I came here in 2017 to get a filling and the filling already came out. When I got this filling first done, everytime I would drink something cold the tooth would hurt and throb extremely for a few minutes. I made another appointment and told this to them. She (the dentist) explained that this is normal and should stop after while. Well, I relocated to another state and still in 2021 my tooth would hurt if I drank something cold. One day out of nowhere my filling fell out & my tooth broke completely in half! I have a few other fillings done by this location and my new dentist told me that they did not do a good job on my dental work & that's not what's supposed to happen to a filling a few years later. Yes, Cooper dentistry has nice advertising as far as presentation but the quality of work, the materials they use and the attention of detail the dentist used was very poor.

The staff here is amazing. As someone with severe anxiety related to dentists, (previous horror story) I felt completely comfortable with dr Jones & the staff here.

My wife went here to have a tooth pulled. On the day of her visit, they examined her tooth, and told her they couldn't pull it because it was infected; the tooth was not infected. They made her pay for the visit, sent her home with a prescription for antibiotics (which she didn't take, as the tooth had previously been seen by another dentist and was not infected), and scheduled her another appointment in one week's time. On her return visit, although she had not taken the prescribed antibiotics, the dentist she saw (Jordan Cooper) did not mention or seem to notice any infection and, although he had previously examined the tooth, now claimed that he would no longer be able to pull it and that she would need to schedule yet another visit and would require surgery to remove the tooth. My wife pushed back on this "diagnosis" and he eventually capitulated and pulled the tooth without any further dickering. We never returned. Some time later, my mother went in to this office for a root canal. Partway through the procedure the performing dentist claimed that he would be unable to complete it and that she would need to return at a later date to finish the root canal. Three weeks later and after suffering some moderate to severe pain in her jaw, my mother was informed that they could not finish the root canal and that she would need to be seen by an endodontist, two of which they were more than happy to recommend. Cooper Dentistry also claimed that since insurance had already paid for the procedure, that Cooper Dentistry would send the funds over to the endodontist's office so her insurance would not be billed again. My mother is familiar with some of the inner-workings of insurance, and so reached out to a different endodontist in her network. Upon getting an examination by this unaffiliated professional, x-rays revealed that the performing dentist at Cooper had broken off a part of the dental file while performing the root canal and left the broken piece in the dental pulp of her tooth! Now she has to have the entire tooth removed. They seem to be after money and not as interested in patient health or welfare. Disgusting business and questionable medical practices. Would definitely recommend that you avoid this clinic.
