        If I could give a 0 start I wouldve . My boyfriend and I were scammed when we were out shopping on valentines weekend . The merchant has no number and no way of getting in contact with them and are 2 hours away from where I stay. I reach out to my bank that supposedly prides themselves of protecting customers and they tell me there is nothing that they can do . Needless to say after 15 years of being with AFCU I will be transferring to a bank with updated fraudulent policies that protect their customers in situations like these.

        I have been a member since 2002. With AFCU, get it in WRITING when you speak to anyone at this bank. The reason is that everytime I speak to someone on the phone, either the answer is different from before or the person is too new to know.
