Too far from hot springs, about 30 minutes. Serene location surrounding lake, but they do not tell you that it is a CONTACTLESS location meaning they send you checkin and check out instructions via text and on a piece of paper in the mailbox outside the rental office, if after 5. They also outline SEVERAL DIRECTIVES, including when YOU CAN call them via the emergency contact number, which is only if you are pretty much dying or your ac unit is broken! We had neighbors that were extremely loud the night before we checked out and we HAD to call the emergency number, ONLY for her to say we would need to call the police ourselves. VeryDATED! The property looks like it is a scene out of 1985, at best!!! Save your $ and go to a hotel IN HOT SPRINGS!

Definitely DO NOT recommend!! It's a 28 minute drive from hot springs. If you like sleeping with it below 80 in your room DO NOT STAY HERE! We traveled with a group so had two rooms in two different buildings. They pass out a paper saying not to turn it below 70 or the unit will freeze. We left it at 70 the entire time. The first night it was about 75 and 76 in both rooms with it set at 70 the second night we literally had to open a window because it was 79 in our room with it in the 60s outside. The first morning the couple we traveled with went to the front desk and complained that it was hot in their room where they were met with the response the units are old there is nothing we can do. For $120+ a night I at least expect it to be clean and be able to sleep without waking up to it 80 in my room drenched in sweat. Other than that the first door to get into our room would jam and could barely get in. Also the rooms themselves were a little out dated. Overall fairley clean beside the shower in the other room they said there was some orange/ yellow resedu on the wall. They also use some stout cleaners that will drive your allergies crazy. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!
