West Gate Pharmacy and Compounding Center

Supposed VA approved pharmacy. Was told 5-10 minute wait. Waited 30 minutes before seeing what the problem was. They saw me sitting there waiting and said nothing while my scrip sat there ready. Then charged me, the scrip was paid for by the VA. They said they needed a voucher which I would have had to drive to Hot Springs to get. They would not call or help in any way. Would not accept my veterans photo ID. Ended up paying out of my own pocket. Will try and remove them from veterans approved pharmacy.

In addition to their excellent customer service, West Gate Pharmacy also offers convenient services like prescription refills, medication synchronization, and even immunizations. It's clear that they prioritize the health and well-being of their customers. Overall, I can't say enough positive things about West Gate Pharmacy, Megan, and the entire team. They have earned my trust and loyalty as a customer, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and friendly pharmacy.
