Very unprofessional. Did not communicate with us except for emails that explained steps they didnt do. After we requested an update they sent a message they couldnt help us. We got our loan through rocket mortgage in 2 days. We were advised to not use them unless you have perfect credit and lots of money.

I live out of state, and Mike Mathis made financing my home as stress-free as possible. Mike is very professional and anticipated my questions and concerns. He kept me informed and moved the process along quickly and smoothly. He was always pleasant and had a good sense of humor. If it werent for Mike Mathes of BOE not sure where Id be. Ive gone through life changes lately and he went over and beyond helping me refinance my home. Not only did he do his job for me but made things go seamlessly. If it werent for him guiding me through my process to not only get my life back helping me get to keep my home things would be very different for me now. I owe him a lot for the guidance he gave me through the process. You need someone to trust it would be Mike. I believe in divine intervention, and I truly believe he was put in my path for a reason.
