        Why doesn't Hot SPRINGS have a free splash pad??? Springs means water. Why does Saline County have the River Center with a pool, water slide, gym, exercise machines and Garland County has nothing of the sort. Our playgrounds are so small and outdated it makes the playground in Harrison look like an amusement park. I was born here in Hot Springs 55 years ago and little has changed. It is sad that I have to take my kids out of the country to play.
