Great massage but the massouse I had talked the ENTIRE time. I wasnt able to relax and enjoy it at all. Which kinda defeated the purpose.

Poor customer service is the name of the game. Basically, here's a tub, here's a shower. Send it, bro. I mean... I'm not expecting "extra" services, but a little polish on the customer experience would be great at the price point. The cold plunge was fun, but the staff overfilled the tub. So... When I simply sat down, the water cascaded over the top and reached all the way to the lobby. The staff looked at me like I was to blame and just shook their heads. Sorry to take advantage of the services I paid for! Overall, Would Not Recommend. Spend the money and book in advance for the name brand bathhouses in town.

Wonderful Experience! The facility was clean, the Staff was very friendly, and they went above and beyond to ensure this was an OUTSTANDING Time! We definitely will come back!
