Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

They are always a fun and great place to order chicken from, I've never had any problems with ordering here, the food is fresh and the people are kind, will continue to buy more chicken here if need be, thank you zaxbys.

It has been a while since I have eaten here because the last two times, the food was lukewarm I was hoping today was different because it was 12:00pm Well it was not my toast was cold and hard and the chicken and fries barely hot. The coleslaw was nice and cold and the young lady taking my order was nice and friendly I didnt complain because I knew what I was more than likely going to get and I got it It was my fault for going.

Tried and tried to give this place the benefit of doubt because weve always enjoyed other Zaxbys locations when traveling but time and time again they disappoint. This leads me to believe its a local management issue that should be addressed. Its too late for us, we wont return, but my goodness bring in a new boss and start fresh because this place is always empty for too many reasons to list.
