Filthy. Our room clearly hadn't been swept, the single bath towel, single hand towel, and two washcloths (for two people) were stained, and the sink counters were dirty and gritty. The blanket on one bed had sparkly glue on one corner, and cigarette burn holes on it and the brown bed cover. The light wasn't working in the bathroom, and we had to go get a new bulb from the office. The bathtub was so slippery when trying to shower that my 20-something daughter had to brace herself to keep from falling. We had to buy a tub mat from Walmart so that I could actually bathe safely.
The refrigerator is a decent size and would be great except that the freezer is full of frost, and the dial on the refrigerator has been removed so that the temperature can't be adjusted. The coffee pot has one single serving of coffee for two people. No sweetners or cream or anything to stir with.
There are no hangers in the closet and no drawers for clothes. Not even a stand to put up your open suitcase to try to live out of that instead. There is one shelf under the microwave and one shelf on the only (shared) bedside table. There is no place for clothes or shoes.
We just came back to our room after spending the day at Crater of Diamonds Park. The room hadn't been touched by housekeeping. So we have to go down to the office to get clean towels, hand soap, trash bags to empty our trash, and a broom to sweep the room. We are booked here from 4/4/24 - 4/9/24... five nights. At this rate, they're either going to pay me for my time cleaning and the cost of making the bathroom safe... or refund every dime. This is a dump. If it wasn't the eclipse weekend, I'd get another room.
Update:
Oh yeah... the toilets backed up for three days. Not just ours. Folks around us were complaining, too.
Our room wasn't touched by housekeeping once during our five night stay. Not once.
Don't stay here. Ever.
Rooms: Filthy. Just filthy. Stained linens with cigarette holes. Insufficient and stained bath and hand towels. The new vinyl floor hadn't been swept since the last person stayed there. Bits of trash and dirt appeared from under the bed as we tried to center the mattress on the bed platform. The mattress hangs over the side of the platform frame. If you unknowingly sit on the edge of the bed, you will fall to the floor. We ended up sliding the bed so that the side that was dangerous to sit on (for both beds) was the outside edge. This way, we could sit on either bed and use the single bedside ledge that is mounted on the wall between them.
Yeah. Don't ever come here.

Horrible!! Roaches in my room and was over charged because clerk claimed he didn't get my payment through price line. Price line had my confirmation number within 5 minutes. Don't stay here.

The overwhelming smell of Fabulousois not so fabulous! Its an ok place for a quick sleep. The bed is hard. Its loud and I could hear everything from the people on every side. The front desk guy was nice! Its was way more expensive than it should have been!!

Honestly this is an OK place to stay for a night or two. My only issue was the blanket and the curtains had multiple burn marks (holes) on them which is not a very pleasant sight :(
The bed was comfy though and the front desk was super friendly.
