I have purchased several vehicles from here. A couple weeks ago I traded my Acadia which I had several thousand in equity. I put come down towards my new purchase and was getting $6.000 back. The deal (which was made by Kyle and Jason) which was when my new truck was registered and had the tags available to pick up at the dealership the check would also be ready. It was supposed to have been ready two weeks ago, twice last week, yesterday and then today. When I called to check on I was then told they had my tags and registration but couldn’t cut my check. Now I was told by Karen the title clerk they had to wait on the title from my Acadia. That they no longer have. Long story short they DO NOT stand behind what they tell their customers.

Taylor, Colton and Seth were truly a blessing to my husband and I. Our car broke down and we were stranded 7 hours from home. They picked us up from the hotel and when they determined that our engine was gone, they took our car as a trade and helped get us into a really nice vehicle. We are extremely grateful!

The drive to get the vehicle was longer than the process to buy, and I didn't mine the 3.5 hour drive. Everything was set up over the phone so all I had to do was drive in, check out the vehicle, and then sign the papers. The whole process took less than 2 hours from first contact to completing the sale. This time is for communication and signing paperwork. Jasmin and Jason were fantastic through the whole process. I was passing through Hope, AR on a road trip and had a sudden issue with my brakes on my Lexus on 3/12/2021. Hope Auto Chevy Buick GMC was the only place in Hope that was able to help me on a Friday afternoon. I was concerned about being stranded. The service that Latisha and David provided to me was nothing short of outstanding. Thanks to them, I was back on my way in 2 hours. David even took the time to show and explain to me the problem. The staff was great and did very well at helping me. We love our Truck. The only reason that I'm giving two stars is because our truck came with the gooseneck trailer package. They told us the gooseneck ball was in the package under the seat. When we needed it, it wasn't there and now I find out you have to buy it. Just be honest up front. Still like the deal I got on my truck, this just irritated me.
