        The roof leaked above my indoor unit causing the ceiling tiles to fall in on my belongings while I was out of town. I came back the next week and the roof still had not been repaired. Owner (Rusty) was rude, did not return calls and offered zero assistance with any costs of repairing and/or replacing any of my water damaged furniture/mattresses caused by his negligence and lack of upkeep to his facility. When I moved my furniture out of the unit there was rat feces all over the floor. I would not recommend this facility or any facility owned/managed by this company/management.
