I highly recommend Linda Kay's! She will work with you to address specific muscle problem areas and is professional. Her office is clean, relaxing, and a perfect place to unwind and destress. She will try different techniques to see what you prefer and works for your body. I have chronic neck and shoulder tightness, and Linda tried a new technique on me recently that really helped loosen my traps. She plays soft music in the background and provides hot towels when requested. Give Linda Kay's a try!
