My first experience with Richardson Appliance. Brad diagnosed my washer problem right away and had the part for replacement in his truck. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. If needed again for any appliance repair, Richardson will definitely have my business.

Delivery here is a bit hard if you are in a semi. I updated Google location, so hopefully, that gets accepted, but it's directly across Gipson St. from Home Depot. Delivery is on a ramp to the left. Back into lot. If you pull in, you have to back out and back back in. Back is slightly blindside, but it wasn't too hard once I got situated.

I was very pleased with the service I received today from Richardson Appliance Service. Luke Allen was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator and knew what needed to be done to solve the issue. He explained that a part would have to be ordered, and he would return to install it. He did an excellent job today, and I'm confident the repair will be made in a timely manner. Thank you, Luke, for a job well done. I give him my highest recommendation.
