I have been dealing with this company for almost a month now. Ordered propane 1/5/2022, we were almost out. Said it would be delivered the next day, Thursday, by the end of the day. No communication whatsoever. I called Friday morning and we were priority that day. Called Friday afternoon when there was still no delivery. Was told that they would deliver Saturday if they go on deliveries otherwise it would be Monday by 6pm. Still no communication from the company. When the driver finally showed up Monday night at almost 6:30 pm, he wouldnt fill our tank because he needed to do a leak test. Our tank was empty at this point, we had been without heat and hit water since Wednesday night the week before. He attempted to do air test and said he believed it had a leak after he used our water to fill his spray bottle to do leak test. His spray bottle barely worked and we offered him a new bottle of ours. He declined. Needless to say we didnt receive our propane. They charged my card the day we ordered. I left a message for a refund that night and explained why we were requesting a refund. It took a couple more days to receive a call back regarding my refund. I asked to have the amount refunded to my credit card I used to pay. On January 27, 2022 I was left a voicemail stating that a refund was being issued to my credit card. Today January 31, 2022 after being on hold for over an hour, was told by the rudest woman Ive ever dealt that a check was issued to my fianc and mailed January 28, 2022. We didnt want a check we wanted it credit back to my card. I got upset with her because Ive dealt with her before and she always interrupts me and doesnt let me finish my sentences. I yelled at her when I was tired of being interrupted to let me finish talking and told her to transfer me to HR or her supervisor. She said she couldnt do that, she could only send them a message. I asked to be transferred to the woman that I dealt with for the refund and she said she couldnt. I lost it with her and she hung up on me. I called back and got another woman and she immediately tried to call the woman I needed to talk to and there was no answer. She asked if I wanted her voicemail and I thanked her and she transferred me to the appropriate voicemail. Now Im being charged internet on my card for a payment that we never received a product for. And its going to cost me more money when and if the refund check comes in. There has been multiple complaints to the Better Business Bureau regarding this company and not delivering propane, customer service, and refunds not being issued properly. The customer service is terrible, hold times for calls are up to an hour at a time and the customer never gets to talk to someone in their state. Every time Ive called, no one seems to know what is going on with our account because proper notes are not taken and they are usually in another state and can not access our account information. This is ridiculous to have to go through this much stress!!!

Bought a house with a leased tank over a year ago. Over the course of the last year and 1/2 I have made several calls to try amd get info on the lease and filling. Everytime we call it goes to there district office and they tell me someone will call me back, Nobody ever does....
STILL WAITING!!!!!

I do not leave reviews for anything. This company I have to. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen, can't get in touch with the local store. No calls to acknowledge delivery on its way, changes or delays. When they do show up no one knocks to say were here. I will not purchase from this company again.

The last two years has been the worse customer service we have received.. my home as of today is about 18 degrees INSIDE..promised to be put on a regular schedule..its now 5 days with no gas, I have one electrical in each bedroom to keep the boys warm..will be looking for a new company that values its customers

Called Wednesday 2/10/2021 to request propane, its Monday and still no service. The Emegency number given the mailbox is full.called Thursday, Friday too. So disappointed. We will possibly run out of propane during a snowstorm. I will be looking for a replacement propane company. Curtis Tyler, you need to clear your mailbox! I called Sungas propane and you know what, they answered their phone! Wow! Update: 2/22/2021 still no gas. I called today to cancel our account and for them to come get their tank. I absolutely do not recommend this company!
